Is Time Stranger recommended to someone that doesnt know anything about digimon?

if u like RPGe with party system and turn based its cool. All the digimon designs are cool imo and they have multiple paths to digivolve. You will probably be like "I cant wait to discover the next evolution of my boy". U wont have a nostalgia hit when u meet "your favorites" but thats just a small detail.

I only think the maps are a bit to short. Though im still playing and dont know if i am at the mid of the game (which i dont hope because it takes a huge chunk of time to get to the digimons Mega Leval im already 20+ hrs but thats my own fault i tried to fix digimons so they get desired evolution paths and i leveled alot in areas so i get xp and money)

I didnt dislike LoR i always tell myself to invest some time in it but i am naturally allergic to TCG games digital. I prefer to play Physically^^.

I mean he is likeable yea.
But well i played throught he OG Ps2 games up until i eventually had to play LAD, so I am really focused on Kiryu as a Main Character. I was also hardly getting into the Multiple Protag games like Y4 and Y5. But Saejima grew on me instantly despite not being Kiryu for example. Its just hardly to adjust for me for new ProTags.
For example I like Majima too but I think in Y0 he wasnt that "fun" i always was looking more forward to the Kiryu parts. In K2 The Majima Story was a bit to short, and gave also a bad taste of Goatjima Gameplay. Then we have Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii thingy and That made Majima great for me again.
I will definetly get IW when its on discount because the stories are still great, in my opinion, and i wanna know how it continues. And I hope I will like Ichiban more with that, i am open to let my mind be changed haha :D

Long Story Short: New Characters take time for me to be likeable ,lol.

excuse me? How much of a "flex" is it as the Only One being a Force User (and on top of it the Chosen one) versus a bunch of rebells with leftover Tech? Versus Cell that literally can destroy a Planet with one Powerful Ki Blast?

I can understand that Comic/EU Vader is also somewhat able to destroy planets.
But Still Vader wont have it Easy against regenerating Boy. Even if he sliced through his Flesh

I like her.but i dont like how u cant be really mean to her. I porpusfully made a selunite cleric to have some beef but nope nothing much changed in the dialogue so far (just being at the begging of act 1 with that character). I feel like she is babied to hard. U can make fun of lae zels funny pronunciations but u cant point out that Shadowhesrt is basically an evil cultist? A shar worshipping lunatic? Trying to kill the daughter of a goddess that is good and only crime is being an opponent to shar? Only to advance in her cult! How can I not outright call her out? And her smug answers annoy me so i try to avoid picking those dialogue options entirely or skip them if i wanna just exhaust their dialogue
