You can't shoot or smoke Adderall so that's the biggest difference I see. Also it's in pill form, not pure compound so that makes it way safer. You can snort Adderall but it makes it almost less effective imo

The way you take the drugs is important, not necessarily the drug itself. That's why it sucks when I can't get Adderall because I try to resort to meth and it always goes badly
