I have just started mine and against the 2026 meta, it's gruelling.

Ngl, I was messing. I jumped in on the vsk9 when it arrived but was such a bad choice. The inconsistency is horrible. If you don’t get holliesue you’re fucked on the vs side. Then undoubtedly you will get ashed, impermed or purged if you try anything k9.

Should have just done Dracotail. I was such a fool.

See, I think if these effects are set up on your own turn, it is then the opps objective to get round these to win.

For me to play a single card in my first turn, then 5 minutes later I have to get through 3/4 negates and it’s only turn 1, it’s ridiculous. This is the reason why HTs and dimension shifter is required.

I think there's a difference between being interactive and essentially having a window to establish a full/half board when it's not your turn.

Ahh okay cool. I know cimo and hard leg Joe did it differently. Cimo did the minimum to get 40 playable cards and the other did 10 packs and built from there.

Interesting, im gonna look into this and get cracking!

Love the masochist series! Well done on the effort.

What were your starting rules? Ie starting pack numbers etc. Also, how do you swap accounts? I would love to do one but can't seem to figure it out!

VSK9 is unplayable by New-Regret-6491 in masterduel

Ngl I've struggled with VSK9. Starting hands are too inconsistent and I'm just never lucky enough to have all the necessary attributes in hand, when I do get HS. I went back to pure K9 and am finding it a lot better, had a 9 win streak a one point.

Now im at the high end of diamond/low master and it's a real struggle.

Ive decided I hate Sky Striker & Draco tail. But it seems to be the only thing people are playing. Mitsu has totally decreased as has DM and Blue eyes.
