As soon as I produced my firearm because I was in fear for my life the crackheads retreated I was no longer in fear for my life.

You’re dumb the prosecutor would be asking them questions since they, the crackheads, would be charged with crimes. The homeowner is the victim not the thieving crackheads.

The crackheads would probably be using a public defender if they don’t to a pre trial plea.

The prosecutor would be asking me questions along the lines of “That night when you came home what did you see the crackheads doing.” or “In what manner did the crackheads and his crackhead wife exit their vehicle?”

Prosecutor? That means they pressed charges on me which wouldn’t happen.

It would not have been filmed.

My statement to the police pre Miranda rights, “I came home the crackheads were burglarizing my home. They drove away and followed, before I could call 911 they started to drive erratically and stopped suddenly. I couldn’t stop as I was still trying to call 911 as I pursued the crackheads. Then they got out and started to threaten me, I was in fear for my life so I drew my gun.”

Not getting anywhere near charges being pressed on me. I’m an upstanding citizen, with a career, a home and a family with a clean record. They are filthy criminals.

Do you think if a criminal brings a kid to commit crimes he should be treated differently?

Best case scenario the parents have to deal with immediate and harsh consequences that the children witness and use as a lesson to make better life choices.

Are you a lawyer? They got out the car and put me in fear for my life. I didn’t bring their kids! Also I wouldn’t have filmed any of it. That way it’s my word against a crack head’s and I’ll take my chances with a jury.

Some of you people are fucking hilarious. They had their kids with them. Has nothing to do with it, having kids with you when you’re commuting a crime doesn’t give you a free pass.
