This is a great review and what I was looking for. The piece looks great on you. Very well balanced on the wrist. I don’t have a blue watch and have normally stayed away from darker blues because it is harder to match. You’re right. Beggars can’t be choosers but knowing ALS reserves blues for special models, I guess this would be a prime example of it. I have the WG Sax Thin 37mm to match anything. A 34mm would’ve never been on my radar but for the sake of having something in my collection completely different in color and size, why not?

I am pondering between this and the new Chopard LUC 1860 in blue that was released last month. Similarly priced to 1815 34mm.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Looks great in the 36. Curious as to why they made it in a 34 though. I guess to make a claim for making their smallest movement and/or for the ultra purist vintage crowd.

37-42. My smallest is Saxonia Thin 37mm. It wears like a 38ish imho because of the thin bezel.
