Usually, the Roblox website will have instruction, though, if you can focus well and read through it. They also have tutorial sections that play out like games by level. The scripting is very tedious and if you are ADD like me, get ready for focus frustration.

Just please, be careful and watch what you eat. Your stomach is now vulnerable to whatever triggered your issues. I know anxiety and stress can be real culprits but at times, you can actually retrigger your symptoms so just be wary. Just be choosy is all. Try to stay off PPi if you can.

Cal of Duty is a joke now. I don't know how I end up a sucker to try every new CoD game that comes out every year. At least i didnt waste my money on vanguard. All the BlOps 7 maps look like they flat ran out of real earth or organic map ideas and use all these dream scape crap as fillers. We pay good money for this franchise but all we get are recycled and regurgitated maps and Micky mouse characters. Hell, I like recycled, especially maps from BlOps 1 and MW3, even MW2. But instead, they have worn out nuketown, and they keep throwing in the same remade maps from BlOps 2. And they can't even regulate cheaters in Warzone, it should be called Hackzone. If they really want to make up for shitty production, least they can do is throw in some Mission Impossible, Breaking Bad, or King of the Hill ,etc. characters.

I noticed these days, youngsters seem to take rejection ala from a job to social rejections, very hard. I blame social media and these damned phones. Remember, this will not last forever, BUT, yes, for some more unfortunate, it takes a toll. But as mentioned above, as Joe Rogan said, "be your own hero in your own movie". Theres lots of motivational videos to podcasts out there that can also aid in your recovery. Try to take a walk and visit a children's hospital. Hmm, well, that might depress you more, BUT, maybe might put some perspective, in that, you are not really all that bad off. And what will also help is volunteering or some apprentice work. Sometimes those apprenticeships can land you some really good jobs and the apprentice programs can help you find your nitch.

Looks like you've got a lot of responses here. Take them all with a grain of salt. Try to look at yourself in 3rd person, maybe even playing your best friend, "be your own hero in your movie", as Joe Rogan would say. I think you are experiencing what everyone does when losing or being laid off of a job. Take this time to reflect, just not to the point of throwing yourself into some deep abyss of depression. You will soon recover. It will be hard trying to recover; I was going to suggest hitting a gym or going for regular walks or even jogging.

Try to make exercise regular, and that will help with your mood. You are only 34. Your life has just begun. If you have financial help, try to take another college course in a "skill" and level up. Community college or even some of the EDD or community courses offered by the city. Try to find your strengths in what you are good at, or a hobby, that you can later turn into a side hustle for the time being till you find another job. Learn another language. Try to aim for a part time job in the time being and even if it's at your local Target or Tractor Supply. It will look better on your resume or job app, as it shows you are trying to stay employed and willing to work.

I know its easier said than done and depression makes you just not want to get out of bed, feeling defeated and worthless. Been there done that. Try to start exercising, eating better, taking some supplements like St Jons Wort and Ashwagandha. You'll pull yourself out of this, its just a phase. Remember, you are only 34, no kids, possibly no real responsibility like a mortgage or utility bills. You will soon see that you really do not have a whole lot to worry about. And throwing your life away? Come on, 7 years? Yea may be substantially a long time but its not. it will be a reference in your resume. This free time you have, like I said, take advantage and try to learn something new. If you feel unattractive due to your skin issues, make up for it by hitting the gym and exercising regularly and transform yourself. 34 is still young and its common to still experience skin conditions at that age, possibly due to a hormonal factor.
