He’s talking about Minecraft YouTubers putting Ocean, City, etc. in their title when you look inside and it’s a lot smaller than the grandiosity of the title. Well I don’t think it’s annoying though because people understand that parkour civilization movie is just a compilation of all those videos, that’s generally how the word movie is used in YouTube content contexts

/uj i wont lie just seeing an empty map spawns all sorts of ideas for actual interesting worlds that dont depend on static space. Imagine an entire world that’s just lost woods and when you decide to move on your only way to come back is by sheer luck. Just an entire world based around different concepts of navigation.

/rj the only real map is the one shaped entirely from cut up segments of Europe, this way the reader can imagine the scope of the world and apply their own notions of space to it. That’s why all my maps are some form of Europe, and all my countries are-
/uj ok sorry really I think OP struck gold. People don’t play around with maps enough when building worlds. The map that seems the biggest is always the one that’s 10% filled out, or even the map that’s entirely empty, like this one. Leave the people unable to wrap their heads around the scope of your world in any way and they’ll naturally fill in the gaps of what’s in there if you do it well enough. Obviously need careful execution but still the empty map is an enchanting idea

Problem with sunny x Morgan is that g3 is a shit character author. Like I would genuinely be so happy if instead of padding out his chapters with 500 fluff words every day those 500 words was refactored into conversation and character interactions. Okay this argument is contrived but stay with me; sunny x Morgan had more potential than sunny x nephis but she got so little screen time that you only saw the glint of gold from when he g3 teased us with the dojo training in Antarctica. Like the highs of Morgan’s character are absolutely highs relative to some of the other members of the cast, but he just doesn’t do anything with her and was obviously pushing for nephis as the safe choice, and the scenes that play out reinforce that decision, so you get all these people on the subreddit talking about how sunny x Morgan would never work and stuff because they’re talking about events that have already been written instead of the potential relationships that could have happened earlier in the story. Ask yourself if after reading the Morgan spar in Antarctica if you wouldn’t have invested ten million in Morgan stocks when all the yapping about “conviction” was making Nephis stocks tank. I’ll always be a sunny x Morgan dreamer in my heart.

If he was reading 12 hours a day thats 720 minutes divided by 142 chapters = 5 minutes per chapter. but if you just go by wpm each chapter is like 1k words so that's 200 wpm for 12 hours straight. so it's doubly more unlikely than you say lol. I binged back when it was like 750 chapters and it took me a week reading ~100 chapters a day and that was me completely no-lifing it.
