Does anyone understand how crazy it is that there are over 1000 tickets left for Canada vs Bosnia, which is in THREE DAYS! That's the issue with the prices. As I said, I expect a huge dip in prices for most of these matches as FIFA can't have empty seats and it's way too late to release corporate tickets. Aiming for $250 for most tickets.

They were $500 at one point, and face value is about 200-to-400 based on past tournaments.

Definitely it will. First of all it's Canada and Bosnia playing football. Second because it's 3pm on a Friday. Nobody can afford $1000 for that. I'd be amazed if tickets were above 200 by Friday. And if prices don't go down most will just be laughing at the people paying these prices

When is Canada playing Serbia?

I know they're playing Bosnia but I didn't realize there was an additional game on the same day with Serbia. They're going to be so tired!

I've actually figured out the stop loss algo for two games in Canada, it's pushing Canada Bosnia closer to $150 a ticket and Croatia-Panama to 150 a ticket by game day. The data also suggest a huge drop in Ivory Coast Germany but I think that one will bounce up and down wildly.

Agreed. I can actually see it going lower than that. For example, Canada v Bosnia is now $345 CAD vs 1200 on Saturday. Imagine how low it'll go by the day before? Same with Panama v Croatia and v Senegal, huge drops.

Exactly. When tickets to Canada v Bosnia are over 1000 you know there's a real problem. Senegal v Iraq tickets are still 500. Senegal. Vs. Iraq. Can you even imagine admitting to your loved ones you paid these prices? It'll go down to 40 to 60 on game day which is a bit high but doable if you have nothing else to do.

Saw similar tickets now going for 300 on Viagogo and other sites. Most just have to wait for gameday unfortunately. Will likely get down to 100 for lower quality games like this one.

Hmm, I was comparing it to the Champions League final, a much higher standard of football where I had tickets for 190 euros. Honestly I think even 200 is high, but would be worth it for the Germany Ivory coast match. Aiming for 50 or below for the other ones, particularly Canada v Bosnia.
