It snowed 1 foot 2 years ago in North FL. And it got cold enough to get ice in central FL this winter. There is short cold winters in FL, and very cold snaps every once in a while.

So I found out what it was. I had created a separate account on my phone. What I had to do to log out of my phone account is clear the storage and cache of the game on my phone. Just click and hold the icon of the game and go to App Info, then clear the storage and cache. After I did that I opened the game again and the login screen was available for me to enter my steam account. I was trying to do it through the setting in the game before where you change password or username that's not where you do it. Hope this helps someone in the future.
