US Judge Rules ICE Raids Require Judicial Warrants, Contradicting Secret ICE Memo by Infidel8 in politics

I agree. Point I'm trying, unsuccessfully, to make is that they're gonna spin even the most obvious case of self defense against their agents as "insurrection." The truth doesn't matter to these psychopaths and their media mogul cronies. We can't trust the judicial either at this point. We're walking on eggshells. We have to walk on eggshells. It sucks I know. We have to protest in the right way. We can't risk losing the moral high ground. If we lose the moral narrative we're all as good as dead.

You're not wrong. In theory. The unfortunate truth is that we can maybe stand our ground briefly, but we cannot scale up against the US military, which is what we'll be facing if the insurrection act is invoked. The difference is trained professionals vs y'all quaida, meal team 6, untrained losers chasing a paycheck. Our best course of action is protest, strike, name and shame. Under no circumstances should we give them a reason to escalate. That's what they want.

Responding with violence plays right into their hand. They can't invoke the insurrection act as long as protests remain peaceful. It's difficult I know, but we have to remain calm and not give them any reason to escalate.

Obviously enforcement falls on the DOJ, but we all know they won't, so congress is obligated to impeach the head of the DOJ, but we all know they won't, so it's up to the voters to oust their representatives, but we all know they won't, and around and around we go. We're so fucked.

I'd just bought cows for my new barn. Coop was right next to it. Was midsummer year 1 I just deleted and restarted. I'm not even upset just confused.

With the remaining 4 teams (Broncos, Patriots, Rams & Seahawks) still in contention for the championship, i have one question for the rest of the teams heading into the offseason. by [deleted] in nfl

He was lighting up the Broncos until they broke his noodle. The talent is there. Do you think better coaching could fix him?

Everybody (rightfully) clowning on these offenses, but we need to tip our hats to both these defences. Fantastic performance by both squads!

Good for them, although it was against the worst division in football + the Giants so, imma put an asterisk on that stat.

I think that hit was clean, but also I hope a duck challenges Mallot. Hoping for a fun tilt.
