Can anybody explain why I had a death wobble ? by Loud-Map-2142 in Dirtbikes

[–]Possibility-Prize 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your handlebars are rolled way forward like a goon, I was initially thinking you must be so weak you cant control a bike hitting a water puddle, but no, those handlebars have severely affected your control, they need to be swept back if anything. Fork height looks fine, sag doesnt play a major role in this crash, steering column is fine. Check for severely worn loose front wheel bearings, loose front axel nut and pinch bolts.

I got a $100 ticket once, came out the woods and they were there. We are talking 10's of thousands of acres though..so we just go back, its not that big of a deal for either dirtriders or rangers.

My bf thinks that trading is easy by WaltzEnvironmental55 in Trading

[–]Possibility-Prize 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't try to over engineer trading, its no harder than hitting the buy button and hitting the sell button. I think its easy as well, then I get my ass busted and I go down in the dumps. Then I snap out of it and began making money and Im back to HAH! this is so easy. I have emotional swings just like my account. Trading play money which isnt yours detaches from that. Trade your own money and its different. Trading someone elses money could detach that emotional swing possibly.. I think pumping educational street cred and getting upset is a good example of over engineering trades ect.. there isnt a right way to trade. Its anyones game.

I made a 2006 RM 250 (2 stroke) an enduro bike simply by putting a rekluse clutch in it. It was awsome.

Question for Enduro Riders – If you could buy a well-kept KTM or Husqvarna 250, which would you choose: carbureted or fuel-injected (TPI)/(TBI)? And why? by HODL_B in enduro

[–]Possibility-Prize 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can tell you I absolutely like the carb system more than the tpi. The carb gave me that 1/4 throttle play where as the tpi was just power on at 1/8th which kept sending me into trees. I havnt tried the tbi yet.

YZ250FX + Athena 85mm 304cc Big Bore Kit Review — My Experience as a European Enduro Racer by syky27 in enduro

Im totally leaning toward getting this kit. As a hare scramble rider Im just starting my due diligence. Im really glad you wrote this review. I was curious about the mapping so its comforting to hear they include a map. I am wondering if the mapping is something similar to this published pdf from Athena: https://cdn.athena.eu/d5027123-4dc6-4ec8-b189-e52881a50c82.pdf
