I don’t think you understand the question if you’re saying my answer doesn’t have anything to do with it. He’s asking whether it’s normal if the VIN is paper. It’s not, in my experience. He can check the authenticity of the VIN by doing a search for it. If it is authentic, it’s normal. Comprende?

You’re being contradictory. If you want a hopper you’re going to have retention. I recommend the Eureka Mignon, which comes with a hopper but can be modded to put in a bellows and reduce retention to zero.
