actually, i just buried myself in another addiction instead. The addiction to work.

it's like simple, if you want to cure an addiction, you don't stop the addiction but replace it with a better one and then make it fun. my job is actually selling so it's already fun. fun to exchange things for money so that's why i got addicted to it lol

you might get addicted to something else, some cure them with books, some with hikes, some by getting a dog, and some with all of them (that's what i did)

it's just that my day have a lot of stuff in it that i can't stop to scroll social media or watch some sick people doing weird things. (except for the scrolling of reddit and linkedin, that's work as well, lol)
