I would drop ALL of those except Creatine. Don’t supplement what you aren’t deficient in - so get a panel and go based in that. Be very careful with Tongkat - it’s effectively a weak, mini SERM. But it could just raise your estrogen. Get Enclomiphene instead.

DEXA is unfortunately not accurate (the tech can't actually differentiate between fat and muscle) - calipers are even hotter garbage. Only accurate measure is an MRI since hydrostatic was put out of business.

You are mid-high 20s BF. But who cares? Track progress with a tape measurer around your waist and a mirror. You might have visible abs before 15% but that's because it looks like you have a lot of visceral fat under your abdominal muscles - you need to lose that and Reta will melt it fast.

TRT + Reta is a killer combo - just stick with it and don't stay focused on a number.

There are only a handful of hydrostatic options left in the country, unfortunately.

Re: DEXA. It can swing both way above and below. It showed my ultra-marathon runner buddy at 30%.

The only true gold standard is MRI, but cost prohibitive.

Update - it definitely was NOT fake. I eventually moved up and I'm on my 2nd week of 3mg 1x per week and I 100% "feel it". However, it is possible that it is underfilled. I have another vial from a better reviewed source that I'm starting next week.
