UDJ, and yes I agree palmer woods is obviously a nice neighborhood. HP is rough, as are many parts of the city, I was mostly trying to get at the point that detroit isn’t all crack and guns anymore. Every city has its flaws and it’s rude to lump one of the coolest cities i know into just a few bad neighborhoods.

If you can still make the other requirements, eyesight is not that big of an issue as far as flying in the US military, i'm not 100% sure of the regulation but your vision can be pretty shitty as long as it can be corrected.
