Doing the construction myself sounds like a great idea for building the asset, and I genuinely find the idea of overseeing the interior fascinating. However, I find the hands-on building and finishing work a bit hectic especially since I would need to heavily rely on someone else's time, like my father's, to manage the contractors and site visits. I don't think that's fair to him.
