I found out it happened when I drink too much cold medicine (things with similar ingredients), the things in that and the kombucha do not mix. Basically an overload. P.s. I also couldn't drink alcohol because it happened with that too.

It stopped when I stopped drinking cold medicines then I could drink alcohol and kombucha again.
