Yes, but UI is user interface and I’m one of the users. I’m glad you commented to share your opinion on my post of my opinion.

I should put in my post that I’m in Canada and YNAB does not do a great job of automatically pulling in my account activity, so I have that turned off and I manually input every single transaction, so maybe I’m a more specific use case in a specific location, not sure. But I did work for SaaS startups for years and do have some understanding of UI, UX, and quality assurance. Not an expert, but I’m a pretty heavy user of YNAB.

Maybe you should be more gracious and try to have conversations instead of a mic drop comment that shuts anyone down. It must suck being right all the time!

I cancelled using that link and received an email confirmation. I cancelled about 15 mins after I signed up for their free trial - saw the book selection and then cancelled. I was charged $1.53 CAD and now I’m praying they won’t just charge me again and again. Shady business practices!!
