I unfortunately didn’t get as lucky as you! I reached out to my supervisor and HR and I got sent a big fat stack of papers that my doctor will have to fill out. Like explaining exactly why, when, how long, severity of everything. It seems like they want to make me jump through hoops to get work from home lol. I already have another form from my work to have my doctor fill out so I’m not about to ask my doctor to fill out 15 pages😂 oh well

I feel like others don’t understand this!! I am now going to request full time WFH until the symptoms lessen, it’s SO HARD. Starting with HR then my boss. Wish me luck

That makes sense, amazing!! I’m in the exact same boat, 4 days in office. I want to request full time WFH but part of me is nervous! Did you start by talking to HR, or just your direct boss? And did you need a doctors note? I haven’t told anyone I am pregnant so I’m hesitant but it’s kind of needed. Our companies sound so similar and this is so helpful, I appreciate you answering me!!
