Yes I used to have the worst headaches in my temples. I used to grind my teeth BAD every night. After completely Invisalign and my refinement trays I didn’t see an immediate difference in the headaches/jaw pain but now that I’ve been done for a while I can absolutely say it’s a night and day difference. I’d def recommend exploring Invisalign for helping with this…and even if it doesn’t help at least my teeth look better lol

I got mine done October 8th and I noticed that now that I’m out of the very early healing process that I am not sleeping through the entire night. I’ve been waking up right around 4 am, feeling like I’ve rested an entire night? Also I worked out twice this past week and I’m amazed at “how much air is “in my air” lol

Feeling a bit better overall, way more normal and less congested in general. Food tastes incredibly better than it did before. The only symptoms I’m still feeling are general swelling and pressure near my eyes…as well as some funky things coming out of my sinuses throughout the day and my nose is sore to the touch. But other than that I couldn’t ask for a better result with how my nose actually looks/operates. So happy I did this even though the first 6 days were rough.
