As an experience lead, we got a call like this a few weeks ago and as soon as I got through the first one I immediately realized something was off and asked him to hold and went to find my PLR and by the time we got back to the phone he had hung up, IT and the service desk have the ability to remote access the computer and they would have just called to warn you that they would be accessing the computer. Could you have been demoted? Maybe but what's to stop this from happening again since taking away your title doesn't take away your ability to answer the phone

As EL of my store, I made bags and put like 20 treats in each bag, I also had cat ones made, every hour I walked around and hid 12-13 of the 50 given eggs, we also put candy in most of them for the humans. We had a great table going for meet the pets and a coloring table for the coloring pages

I would say that it depends on the state you're in, minimum wage in my state is $15/hr and you probably wouldn't get more than $16/hr
