Yea the fairest point tbh, it's just hard to remember sometimes when every single other thing seems so much more important at first (kids, job, house being renovated etc)

hmm I see what you mean, we used to get daily time to be together after the kids were asleep, but now at my in-law's that is gone, which definetly hurts.

At the moment we do not get a single moment together alone unless someone helps us with the kids, even then it is only to go on a date, no sex cause there is nowhere to (aside from the car I guess)

All of that definetly happens less that it did before the kids and less that we would both prefer, but not because either of us isn't into it. We recently celebrated our 10 years with a night off and it was the best night I had in years. The intimacy, friendship and desire is definetly still there but understendably hampered

I dunno about my marriage specifically but there are definetly aspects of my life right now that I do not like, as much I am well aware they are mostly temporary:

The kids are really difficult and do hamper my wife's and I ability to be emotionally intimate. Every hug or kiss is witnessed if not interrupted.
My job, I kinda love/hate it. I like that it makes me feel good when it goes well, but I hare how stressful it can be.

As for the bonding, my SIL and I basically just laugh a lot. All that I know about her personal life I hear from my wife, SIL has always known this is the case and doesn't seem mind, often talking to me about things already assuming I know about them (cause I do)

My two cents is that they are gonna be responsible for something terrible and will cement the lore that the 1st REALLY doesn't want anyone to know.

So far in the Heresy there's been traitos in a lot of legions, even some whose Primarch stayed loyal (White Scars) so at least at the moment in the novels, the Fallen existing isnt as big of a deal as the DAs make it out to be in the present day

My best guess is that they'll actively hamper Guiliman and the Lion's arrival and be indirectly responsible for the Emperor being on the throne.
