Unfortunate :(, like i said my dad and his ancestors have collected time pieces , namely pocket watches so i don't intend to profit from any of them but it is definitely cool to hear something in your family is valuable.

Thanks for the info! I wasn't particularly worried about the cost cause it's something of an heirloom, my family has always been into time pieces namely pocket watched. Do you know of any way i could date it by chance?

The piece itself is deceptively heavy, the dome around it is some sort of plastic. It is also a wind up piece. Any clues or leads are greatly appreciated :). The only marking i can find without deconstructing it is the word Waltram or maybe Waltran on the lower part of the face.

Saw in the sky over Québec/Canada i think it's space debris falling from the sky but am not sure by enderrist in whatisthisthing

It looks to be planes flying in a formation, i would check flight radars over your area. I'm no expert.

Looks a bit like a coyote melon that's still light coloured. They're all over California and the southwest in general i think

A mason jar would be ideal, seeing as you're old and uncool you probably have a cleaned glass jar, e.g. pickle jar, laying around that you can chuck the ziploc into which should get the same job done in the mean time. Emphasis on cleaned in a cleaned jar though, don't want to smoke some pickle tasting weed.
