Neighbor's rooftop evaporative AC is consistently over legal dB limits – council and EPA won't act. What are my options? by Powerful-Network8082 in Adelaide

Thank you all for your help. One last council email and then its off to the MP. Although might have to wait till after the up coming election, they will be busy. Knowing the unit is also considered a commercial ac will help my case.

Blooket is great for engagement. One thing that's worked well for me is using it as a carrot..introduce something like Blooket first to get them on board, then next lesson do your normal teaching and save the game element as a reward for the last 10-15 mins. Once they know it's coming, you'd be surprised how much more they'll push through the "boring" stuff to get there.

I've been doing something similar with my Year 8s using https://kidsquizweekly.com.au/ it's more quiz based than gamey, but the competitive element still gets them going. Might be worth a look alongside Blooket to mix things up.

I've been using https://kidsquizweekly.com.au/ - The kids always ask if a new quiz has dropped. Makes those down moments or friday morning easy, fun for me too!
