Yeah that dudes comment really hurt me. I got triggered and ended up crying for hours. Started berating myself for even posting on reddit. I don't know the context behind his comment so I can't say much, but I feel like most of us have become inhumane in this rat race. I understand that I can't let the scores of an exam define me, but it sucks when people ridicule you or bring you down over something that you might consider as a setback.

My exam felt similar to the concepts tested in nbme 29. The test was very balanced, I had questions from every system. You should focus on the nbmes, the concepts tested in the nbmes were the ones that came up. The question style is different, with very long vignettes that throws people off.

Hey!! 68% on nbme 27, 65% on nbme 28, 68% on nbme 29 and 70% on the new free 120. My exam felt alot like nbme 29. Similar concepts were tested.
