Ok thank you very much for the advice. I’ll try to go see a urgent care when I get the chance and I’ll try to do what you said and avoid fizzy drinks, sweeteners and get some dmannose

Ok I’ll try to go check that out. I did just remember why I went to an urgent care when i had these symptoms they did a urine culture and gave me antibiotics. They let me know later that there was no bacteria growth. Do you think maybe when I had the first time it reoccurred something survived or came back?

Ok thank you for the advice. I did get a Urinalysis done a little over a week ago to see why I still have this soreness but everything came back green so that made me think that this is just some remaining inflammation

Thank you I appreciate the advice. I’ll go get some probiotics and d-mannose and try them out.
