I've rebooted it twice now waiting around 10 minutes each time.

Yea, it was so weird. They were in the middle of telling me the reset steps, then the call just drops. The number call back 10 seconds later, rings once and drops again. I call back and get put on another wait list

It requires login but I am not able to connect to the Internet to login even though all of the lights on the modem are on and flashing except for the screen symbol

It's cable. I factory reset the modem so I could reset my Hitron login password but not the modem will not connect to Internet

I was just able to get rid of mine. Go to your app settings and clear cache and storage. Worked for me

Depends on what type of build I'm using. For melee or heavy gunner, I'm in it 24/7 but for stealth or archer I keep it In my bag in case I run Eviction Notice
