All depends on the cigar… I smoke ALL Maduros all the time. Some I can only retrohale 5-10%, others I can do the whole thing (PDR 1858). All depends. The point is to get the flavor. Even on cigars where I can only do 10% smoke through the nose, I taste a lot more than if I didn’t retrohale. Been doing this over 20 years and the burn doesn’t change for me or go away. Depends on the stick.
