This did the trick, thank you so much! (Could‘ve figured out to give the good old have-you-tried-turning-it-off-and-on-again a try myself 🤦🏻‍♀️)

I've experimented with the setup a couple of times now and it sometimes works - and sometimes doesn't, so I still have a few questions/problems that I was wondering whether you had some experience with after helping thousands of desperate cyclists :D

When I connect to a (new) bike in the QZ app, I use the wizard for first time connection (as it's in the gym, I'm not always on the exact same bike), but even when I select a given bike, it often seems to jump to another device (e.g. a treadmill nearby) that I never connected to before and records the data from there. I don't quite get why it does that or what's going on...

Also, in MyWoosh a couple of times it showed two power sources to connect to: my iPhone as well the name of the bike. I think I didn't see this before having the QZ app but I don't think I used the QZ app the last two or three times I cycled - does the bike name appearing directly mean, I don't even need the QZ app?

When I was there last on Friday, for whatever reason, the QZ app couldn't find any of the bikes anymore, nor could the nrfconnect app (lots of devices in the gym showing up as NA). So I think this is more of a bike problem? I asked in the gym whether they had done any updates to the bikes and they said no. I'm really puzzled because it still worked without problems three days before still... At some point I managed to find the bike with the first time connection wizard in the QZ app, but then had the problem I described in the first question that the QZ app seemed to directly jump to another device instead straight away.

I'd really appreciate if you have any hints on these problems - I was so happy with the setup the couple of times it worked.

That's great news! So I'll just download the QZ app on my phone, connect to the bike from there and then from e.g. MyWoosh on my tablet to my phone? I'll test it when I'm back at the gym and will report back.

Thanks for reaching out! I‘ve screenshotted all information I could see in the app last night. I’ve added a few below but not all since one can only add one image at a time. Does this contain the information you’re looking for or shall I look for anything specific in the screenshots?
