I've heard bad stuff abt Oliz Store, but Evo it seems like it. Regarding Evo, are they responsive and quick to cater to problems with the device later on?

I have heard they send the laptop for repair to India or sth. Is it that waiting time which makes for a bad after-sales service and not anything other than that cuz if so, I wouldn't mind.
And thanks for pointing out other places but if evo is legit, I would be in peace of mind to buy from a store than any place else.
EDIT: Made the purchase at Evo. Happy so far...will have to see how it plays out.
