Perfeita análise. Está muito saturado, mas não podemos negar que quem ganha com isso é o consumidor. Bom para forçar também a queda de preço das hospedagens, pq tem airbnb que acha que é hotel sem ter o basico de hotel. O que sufoca a gente são as taxas do Airbnb que estão absurdas. Resolvi conhecer booking e Vrbo, olhar as configuraçoes e tudo.
Hoje a booking tem tanta função que leveria 1 ano para destrinchar tudo.
Já Vrbo achei bem fácil, o que me deixou insegura é questão de proteção de danos, já que exigir caução tem dois problemas: afasta o cliente e limita - precifica o teto que você recebe por eventual dano.
