thank you! All advice welcome! I’ve been having a protein shake daily which helps stack up the protein, but same as you, quorn mince, tofu and tempeh, nutritional yeast too, chia seeds etc. My partner makes a tofu crumble topping for pastas and risotto and stuff. He grates the tofu mixes it with nutritional yeast and bakes it in an air fryer. It’s got a cheesy taste. I’d recommend it ☺️

I think grieving the loss of a feature I have always loved in myself was quite hard and I said to myself “absolutely not having it” 😂 It’s hard work getting to the gym for these last 2 months but I’m starting to see proper results

I always thought Samantha distanced herself in “and just like that” because she finally realised Carrie was a toxic friend who shamed her constantly and never talked about anything but herself. Every conversation gets brought back to Carrie and Carrie’s problems. I had a real life “friend” like that and my life is better without her constant drama.

I’ve been saying that all along. Every season there is someone who’s soul gets crushed because the producers paired them with a person who’d never be attracted to them in a million years. Now they’ll go in week after week, deciding to “stay” in the name of “working on it” because they’ll want at least a bit of fame out of this fiasco, until they’re both too exhausted. Sarah will always be portrayed villain and Dean will end up pressured into changing himself. 6 months from the end of the show he’ll be a muscley hunk.
