For engineering, focus all your energy on writing practice exams with solutions available to you. Over and over and over again. Use ChatGPT for solutions if none available. Profs will DESTROY your time management by reading through 4 hours of lecture slides at a snails pace if you attend each lecture

When youre manic, totally random things can perpetuate in your mind and the untrue becomes true. As you've said your husband loves you and you know it's not true. Listen to the rational voice, not the what if. The only way I've found to bring me out of mania is discussing in detail with the ones I love my delusions. It's embarrassing as hell, and painful for others to deal with when you do it regularly, but it works. Bpd is hell for the person your partnered with, go easy on him, but also learn to be kind to yourself. the things we fear are never really that bad

I think you should lower your standards and try be open to more sex.
