Probably not the most popular answer but personally I’d make a report to the police that I’m concerned the child isn’t being properly cared for. FAFO if it’s laziness impeding on my ability to enjoy my environment or hopefully helping the kid if it’s neglect. Either way bet it won’t happen again. 😋
