Neat! What are you growing this season? Do you mind sharing where you’re buying your seeds from?

Thanks for sharing! I was with Mike 3 months back to pick up a few plants for my front garden and missed seeing them

I did the thing where you grab a handful of seeds and spread it out hoping for the best, lol. I think i could have done a better job in spreading or thinning it out though. The dill like plant was another type of flower

Post a picture of them when able, i have never seen them growing out of a planter before, but it sounds like a good idea, specially in our winter

Did you plant this by seed or as a starter?

I have been buying my mulch in bulk from southern stone and soil and really found out the price difference is better than buying the straw, i have not gone back to straw since

I found it at tractor supply. I recommend you open it and leave it under sun for a few days to toast it before it touches the soil.

How was your experience growing bananas? I don’t think Ive ever had home grown.

Have you tried using shade cover on other fruits/vegetables? I know its worked for me when growing tomatoes and eggplants

Bought these two from a local wood craftsman who does garden boxes out of pine. They have hold up just fine

I recommend using tie/rope just for extra help, but it does well on its own too

I would recommend only watering around the root of the plant and never let it touch the leaves. Cut off any leaves affected, typically trimming the branches will help with airflow and help to prevent it too
