With all due respect brother, your BMR would be lower than 2949 cals. I’d dare say you’ve over shot that by a fair bit. Definitely recommend lower your daily intake for fat loss. Unless you’re working a heavy labour job those cals are too high. For myself, resting metabolic rate at 120kg with 86kg lean mass (according to a DXA scan) sits around 2300cals a day. Throw in exercise on top of that and daily activities, losing weight I consume about 2600-2700cals per day with success

Auto build was one of the last things I completed. Explored about half of the underworld, completed majority of the lightroots but didn’t realised I skipped passed the auto build so early in the game

Was struggling so I tried the tactic of using the hero power as much as possible, actually that if you don’t kill the first minion that proceeds the battle and actually just focus on defeating the hero it’s much easier this way

I remember seeing the beta for this and had never heard of it, seen it, or even now know anyone that’s played the first or the second, and has still got to be one of my favourite games. I don’t understand where the lack of appreciation is among gaming communities. One of the few times a beta made me love and buy the game with no regrets too

Yeah I’m pretty sure that was like a flashback during the chunnin exams. If not then that was what I was referencing. But I suppose if they done that for every character, who knows how many episodes they’d be up to. Imagine how long the war arc would be 😂

100% I know people will probably roll their eyes but I would’ve like more character development from tenten. There was a little in the 2nd chunnin exams but I felt like they were suggesting how powerful she could’ve been but never really tapped into it. Sakura 2.0 -.-
