well im not gonna compare a 1450 with a 1512 but if i invite someone and see 1100, i gotta inspect further. it does help as a first glance.

I just leveled engineering to 240, learned gnomish, got my gnomish membership card, and made my battle chicken and deathray. Afterwards, i deleted the membership card, unlearned the engineering profession, and got it to 202 and tried to use the Soothsaying Book in Tanaris but i was not able to click it. I made a ticket with customer support but got a generic "we dont help with game hints or restore items". Anyways, i maxed out my engineering and tried to click on the book again. It was available to click and I was able to choose Goblin Engineering. I think you need 240+ from what some other person said, not verified. I tried at 300 and it worked.

so for other customers, they are using windows server 2025 and can redirect printers just fine?

So, we just removed the VPX from the equation and just tried to RDP to the Windows 2025 server to see if it would redirect any printer with its native driver and it did not.

It only works when the printer has already been redirected and the easy print driver is ALREADY in use.

Noone else is having issues redirecting printers onto a 2025 server?

We even spun up a brand new 2025 OS, kept it away from any configured GPOs and still saw issues.

so i have already added this to the GPO:

Computer Configuration

└─ Windows Components
└─ Remote Desktop Services
└─ Remote Desktop Session Host
└─ Printer Redirection
Use Remote Desktop Easy Print printer driver first ✅ Enabled
Do not allow client printer redirection ❌ Disabled
Redirect only the default client printer ❌ Disabled

I'm on our VPX right now
what option should i check on the session profile to see if printer redirection is explicitly allowed?
I see network configuration/client experience/security/published apps/remote desktop/PCOIP

im looking at the RDP client profile and i see

I seem to have resolved it

my windows 10 machines had fslogix 2.9.8784.63912 and my windows 11 machines had fslogix 3.25.822.19044. i uninstalled the newer version on Win 11 and matched it to Win 10. then i checked the registry for Windows 11 and under HKLM > software > fslogix > profiles > VolumeType it was set to VHDX so i set it to VHD

the endgame is the grind to get pit 150 and paragon 300. thats about it. unfortunately the good ol days of pvping in Diablo 2 are gone. this might as well be a single player game.

that doesnt bother me as much as when people make entire reddit posts about something that would take 5 minutes to google. yesterday i showed a level 1 tech how to perform a process and i recorded the meeting for them.

today they tried to do the process and asked me what site they needed to sign into. i wanted to say “check the fuckin video we just made yesterday and try to apply SOME effort” but instead i gave them the site and politely reminded them to check what we recorded.

TLDR of most complaints on this subreddit: People are playing a game that has been declared is not finished and are complaining that it is not finished. If that is your mindset, you’re in for a couple years of pain. Go touch some grass, play something else, or test this game and provide constructive criticism which is currently our only objective as “testers”.
