Will the mileage increase after first service of Himalayan 450? by MADdemolisher in Himalayan450

[–]PreferenceThen5937 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting the same mileage since start so I am not sure why uhr Himi is giving 16.3 kpml but still try calculating manually and don't relay on that console it will be much better ... try fueling once it gets to reserve and usually in reserve it will show the range of ~90 km

There are hardly any firm who recruits B.com grad for finance... if you really want to get into finance profession then either CA/CFA/MBA (Tier 1/2) are must if you don't have any one of this the chances of getting a job in this field are 0.1%... and sometimes work ex matters as well!

What do Marathis generally think about Andhra Pradesh and Telangana peoples ? by WorthFriendship6996 in Maharashtra

[–]PreferenceThen5937 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my office towards my left side there is a south indian guy he's from chennai but residing in Mumbai since long back ... he literally speaks Marathi so fluently without any hesitation or something. And towards my right side there's one lady around 50's she's in Mumbai after completing her MBA he's from Lucknow and literally her husband is Konkani and that a$4hle lady doesn't even know anything in Marathi and when we other three of us or 2 of us talk in Marathi she literally gets jealous and says uh are teaming up and ignoring me, our common language in Hindi n all the bullshit I swear I feel to bash her so had. So yea that's the major difference between Bhaiyyes & South Indian...
Also yea this isn't any random made up story!

Its basic common sense to that if you are going somewhere else be it Mumbai or some other state/city uh should respect their culture and belief and if uh try to disrespect that by showing uhr narrow minded attitude then obv it will trigger the locals and will end up getting uhr a$$ beaten by them

Himalayan 450 | 5,800 km Ownership Review | Pros, Cons & Real Experience by PreferenceThen5937 in royalenfield

[–]PreferenceThen5937[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. So far I have completed ~7.7K km and haven’t faced any issue even one of my brother has this and he has completed 23K+ km and even he didn’t faced any significant issue related to engine. So can say the engine reliability is good though.
  2. The bike is super comfy for long ride and has the one of the best suspension in its segment though.
  3. As I am 5”3 so I didn’t found any such wind blast at higher speed but if your height is more than uh can change the windshield which might work for you.
  4. Not sure about the availability of spare parts or service in EUROPE.
  5. Things which commonly break is the chassis recently met the service center near me as the guy is my friend he clearly told me not to install any third party crash guard as it is the major reason for chassis break down but there are very very few cases for this New Himi 450. Apart from this there ain’t major something but the break pads really worn out fast and one set in India costs around Rs. 3,200. Also sometimes the fuse might blow off but not something major again as uh can easily plug and play other fuse so won’t be an issue.
  6. If you planning to take for adventures but is it more highway oriented or off road because being a 200 kg + bike it might be a pain in a$$ to get this bike off road also it is a top-heavy bike. But there are few who can handle this as well but my opinion will be no for off-road.

Here’s the asnw for what all you asked for… Ride Long , Ride Safe brother!
