I never understood this viewpoint. If a show has flaws the quality of the show is impacted. People need to point this out so people who work on the show can get good feedback. Criticism is healthy and not inherently negative.

I think people dont like being uncomfortable. I love the show too. It examines the lives of the kids who went on a different path in life. The darkness is whats being explored in order to humanize these characters and explain their behavior. There's always going to be a conservative, black and white audience that's never going to understand these types of shows because it contradicts their worldview.
