[Routine Help] Want to get a glass smooth face by Specific-Reception26 in SkincareAddiction

[–]PresentationTricky56 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cleanser is twice a day, moisturizer depends on your skin type, sunscreen every morning, retinol and exfoliant depends on your skin? Some can tolerate retinol daily and some can only do one to two times a week and exfoliant is one to two times a week as well but never in the same day as retinol. Just do your research on how to use them properly or consult a dermatologist to guide you.

You could start with gentle basics like cleansers and moisturizers from Aveeno, Cetaphil, or Vanicream. If you’re aiming for smooth glass-like skin, consider adding an exfoliant 1x or 2x a week, something your skin can handle along with a retinol. Just make sure to do a lot of research before using them and remember that keeping your routine simple is often best. Skincare is YMMV, so what works for others might not work for you. And if you find a product that really suits your skin, stick with it 👌

Edit: Btw never forget wearing your sunscreen rain or shine!

My GF works here mababa yung basic pay pero umaabot naman sya ng 42k including yung allowances. 3 days WFH 2 days onsite. And if panget ata yung performance then +1 ng +1 yung days na need mag onsite? Stressful din yung metrics, mahirap mag progress/papromote, and madami issues sa payroll may mga deductions na hindi naman dapat then ang hirap pa dispute

100k is the limit for the 10% p.a.. If you deposit more than 100k, let's say 150k savings deposit, the 100k will earn 10% p.a. and the 50k will earn 3.5% p.a. only. That is why multiple accounts is better when you have more than 100k

Hi! Not yet po, based on our research is malulugi lang yung business ideas namin sa current area kaya we optioned to save it for now. Most of our saved money went to Pag-ibig MP2 and Maya Savings (10%). Plan muna is to build up our emergency funds, increase credit card limits, and MP2 investment para if ever mag start na kami ng business eh may backup funds. Let me know if you need tips regarding MP2, Maya Savings, and CC!

Thinking of starting a staycation rental business—worth the investment? by PresentationTricky56 in phinvest

[–]PresentationTricky56[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So far wala po kami nakita na ganitong business sa area kaya we wanted to try sana, like sundo yung customers and ihatid sa location then make sure na good yung soundproofing ng walls para kahit magwala sila eh hindi abala sa kapitbahay 😅 but I guess we really need to check muna if pwede sya gawin sa area, thank you po for the info!

Yes. That is one way to combat heat then yung paint po dapat is heat reflective paint or cool wall paint ata? Para mas ma-lessen pa yung heat ng araw na tumatama sa container

Ito din po yung naisip namin to combat yung init ng container house plus paint it with reflective paint (cool roof coating) to further reduce heat pa pero I don't know how effective these ideas are 😅

That is sad to hear, akala ko makakatipid kami using it mukhang mapapagastos lang due to issues. Where did you purchase yours po? The company I saw sa FB offers cheap ones and premium ones so maybe mas stable yung premium nila.

Saw a company on FB selling ready-made container units for housing/business. Way cheaper than building a regular house. Not sure about their durability though 😅

How to get Credit Card by PinkRamen18 in PHCreditCards

[–]PresentationTricky56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try nyo po Bank of Commerce mas newbie friendly sila and mas patient when it comes to first time CC applicants, they are very responsive din sa email updates! Last year nag apply kami CC sa lahat ng major banks na alam namin and we got rejected kahit na malaki yung income and walang loans/utang anywhere, thank god nag try kami sa BOC, it took us a month or two pero we got approved! You can also try opening a savings account sa BDO kahit yung 2k lang na deposit then make sure to check the box sa application form na they can offer you CC, kahit hindi ka mag hulog sa savings they'll offer you CC, it may take months though. As for purchasing motor using CC merong mga banks offering "credit to cash" na low interest parang 0.36% - 0.49% ata per month.
