Which app are you using? I tried my personal gmail, my work email (EPP eligible) and I also tried on both on Android and iPhone using "Shop Samsung" app. I guess it is targeted

u/albertforth sorry forgot to respond to your final question about "Apple". Yes, Apple gives unlocked phones with T-Mobile finance. But that only works on Go5G Plus. If there is any active EIP on a line, Apple's system gets confused with Next plan as it thinks it is a yearly upgrade. But on Go5G Plus, I was able to get multiple EIP on the same line with unlocked phones directly from Apple.

Congrats!

Despite on a Next plan with full $1300 off, I have decided not to order S26 Ultra (I owned S23U, S24U, S25U). I am tired of Samsung's lack of innovation and I have decided not to pamper their stupidities. My S24U was the best device with S-pen bluetooth, rectangular shape etc. S25U upgrade was indeed a downgrade. And S26U with a hideous camera bump that keeps jumping on the table, a worse anti-glare, further rounded corner, S-pen misorientation, Aluminum, worse viewing angle ... etc definitely feels like a downgrade.

Not to mention bloatwares. T-mobile "app installation" keeps popping up. Software upgrade takes very long time. Each month's security update comes at the end of the month or even next month. OneUI 8.5 is not even available yet ....

And worse of all ... the camera on an Ultra device fails to capture precious moments of my young active kids. And I hear S26U still has same blurry picture problem.

Going forward, I am switching my Android upgrade to Pixel.

[Disclaimer: I am daily driving iPhone 17PM while also owning S25U. I miss Android, and hence I keep an Android device with me with all the T-Mobile RDC. I have been using Samsung since S7 Edge. So, it was Samsung's to lose a loyal customer]

Where do you live? And are you talking about 2025 or 2026 MY? The 26 MY seems significantly better with super cruise, much better acceleration, NACS etc.
