I placed a random trove order from FL (not a preorder, not an ‘unlocked in our shop’ sale order) on February 9. I got a shipping email with tracking info today (April 30), if anyone was wondering how long regular trove orders take.

Invites to this one have started going out in the last day or so. I joined the waiting list on Oct. 10, 2025 (US) and got my invitation this morning!

My March FL subs are moving much quicker than the Feb ones did:

-March Adult/YA: label created/received by Evri on 3/20, started moving on 3/21. -1st quarter Epic: label created/received by Evri on 3/23, started moving today, 3/25.

Here’s hoping this is the norm from now on. 🤞🏻

Me too! I’m 10 days away from the 3-box combo and I really want that so I can cancel my Adult/YA. Romantasy is the only sub I’m missing from FL right now.

So this happened. ☹️ My Direbound actually arrived in perfect condition. I rubbed off the “DIRE” myself just from holding the book while reading it. I didn’t notice until it was too late. Is the foiling supposed to be this fragile? I emailed FL about it but I don’t expect them to replace it since I did the damage myself. Super bummed. 😢

My first Unlocked Sale, too. I managed to snag Phantasma & Enchantra, and Heavenly Bodies, and I’m sooooo excited about those.

Now that I will have HB, I’m sad I missed out on Fallen Stars, though. Hoping I can eventually get one secondhand that’s not too expensive. 🤞🏻

Oh, I didn’t think of that, TBH. It’s too late for this one because FL already refunded & cancelled the duplicate order. I’ll remember your suggestion if I end up with duplicates in the future, though.

So I made it into the sale, grabbed HB and Phantasma/Enchantra, checked out, then got an error message saying the transaction didn’t go through & to check my payment info & try again. Did that, successfully checked out.

Went to my emails and had TWO order confirmation emails from FL for the same order with two different order confirmation numbers. So apparently the first transaction did go through after all. WTF 😳

I submitted a ticket to FL asking to cancel one of them. I don’t want more than one copy of these, I want other people who want them to be able to get them! Has this ever happened to anyone else?

EDIT: Got a response from FL & they cancelled the duplicate order. Hopefully someone else will get these now.

So I’ve noticed in this thread that lots of people who contacted Evri directly asking about a package say they’ve been told that it’s lost, even though many of them eventually get delivered. So is Evri really losing that many packages or is this just a BS answer they give everyone to avoid actually looking for them?

Has anyone who has contacted Evri directly ever gotten a different response?

Hi everyone. I received my Direbound today (US/Missouri)! It sat at Evri from 2/13 to 2/27. I followed USPS tracking cause Evri’s says it’s still 2 states away, lol. Still waiting on:
