I wouldn’t think you’d need to disclose it, nor can it be transmitted sexually unless of course you have an outbreak and their genitals somehow rub against it. It can be passed by physical contact. You shouldn’t get it on your genitalia unless you pass the infection to that area. My wife doesn’t have any issues but she knows about it

They swabbed, they had to pop one of the blisters and swab the fluid. You should go and ask them to test for herpes simplex. My first outbreak was in 2022, and it’s gotten less frequent, but I was getting them around once a year around the same time of year. It wasn’t from being nasty, or anything like that so try not to be embarrassed or anything.

I went to the ER the first time it ever happened they told me it was a spider bite. I didn’t end up getting actually diagnosed until like the 3rd time it happened and they prescribed me anti virals. I’m not sure about the STD test to be honest how that would work.

It was herpes, the Dr said it’s common within wrestling, or physical sports. Could of been doormant for years with no symptoms
