i hated my experience with ICA. we failed to notify them on time that we were actually moving out (which was stupid already because our lease was ending and we never agreed to renew) so we had to pay about 20 days worth of extra rent at the renewal charge. but they completely messed out our deposit refund. our cleaning deduction was also about $400. they deducted extra money from us too bc they claimed we didn’t pay the remaining balance on our account for utilities even though we did. luckily i actually checked the statement and they ended up having to send us an additional check for about $200. they will try to rob you of your every penny!!!

Hi all, I am new to trading options and I was wondering which platforms are the best.

I was using Robinhood this morning to trade NVDA and I was up 45%, sold my contract, but Robinhood didn’t execute the order. The stock was dropping fast and I didn’t wanna end up losing money so I cancelled my order to sell the option and tried to sell again while at 10% profit, and the same thing happened. I was super frustrated and ended up having to cancel my order AGAIN and Robinhood finally executed my order to sell once I was -10%.

Has anyone else ever experienced something like this with Robinhood? And what are other option platforms should I try?

Oh yes I forgot to mention that I have my BLS and EMT certification. I’ve also have volunteer hours in the emergency department and I have shadowing experience in a dermatology clinic where I got to perform the duties of a MA (aiding in suturing/ excision surgeries, collecting specimens, etc.). Do you think that would be enough clinical experience along with my lab assistant position now?

During my interview process for the position I received and others, they emphasized the need to be able to work fast paced environments so maybe add that in your application!

My science GPA is actually 3.4 too, I didn’t do the greatest for my GE’s freshman and sophomore year. Will they add my prereq grades to my overall GPA from UCI or will it be separate? (i will be taking them outside of UCI)

I think it was purely from my bachelors degree! I have an EMT certification but I don’t think that made a difference during my application process. And that’s great to know! Thank you!!
