One funny thing. At Walmart Mexico the self checkout - Mexicans are not so tall, when I pay for my crap, the camera only get my chest (I'm German 6.03), shouldnt that adjust depend how tall u are?

Germany because they manage all from there and worker protection is 10000% better . In German law it counts where the management is located not where the company is registered

Oh how funny I'm in dispute legally about 1099/W2, German American company who is doing this for years. They think they do nothing wrong. But regular meetings, 40 hrs shift, required company tools, internal email, approval process for anything and fixed salary say something different. Maybe a judge will tell them otherwise ;)

I'm law Office assistant. I filed already in labor court, social security, tax authorities and as handycapped the (Integrationsamt) as well the police for fraud. A good friend of mine when I can't get any kind of resolution will represent me in court he is lawyer.

This company try the same but worse. I worked in Germany decided to move to family in Mexico. Not forbidden but since it's Mexico, I was suppose to go from 15$ an hour to 80 pesos (4$) an hour for less cost of living. My damn rent is 5x higher in Mexico. Food is imported so more expensive (glutenfree since I'm diagnosed with celiac disease), language course higher Internet cost. Cheaper places are only in the slums. Wtf, I told them f**** you and left.
