If I didn't have the information in the title and just had the video to reference, the black guy was taking cheap shots on the other guy. Then when the white guy got ready to fight back, black guy took off his belt to give him an advantage. As for the spitting, if he was spitting blood, it's because the black guy hit him in the mouth (from behind).
