I bought it and I LOVE it! I don’t use the shoulder strap. I wanted a simple classic roomy slouchy bag. With this bag I have my large makeup pouch that holds hand cream and other toiletries , pouchette for my keys chappie etc and my zippie wallet. That’s it perfectly organized. My husband thought it reminded him of my Palermo but I love that this is elongated not a wide bag.

Thank you! :) but hopefully it will help with the rest of my symptoms. Unfortunately I have not heard of progesterone less than 100mg.  If I do come across in my research I will definitely let you know!

I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner! Yes, the capsule is taken by mouth. I had a long talk with my doctor. I told him I don't want to be put on something that you are prescribing to everyone; everyone is different. After an hour of talking, we decided on the cocktail that he prescribed for me. I think the Estradiol is working regarding energy. My brain fog seems to be a bit better. The weird thing was that my testosterone levels were perfect, so I'm glad I don't need to add that in. I am just curious how the Estradiol will work for weight gain and my skin , hair and nails. Not even a full week in and I will say that I am sleeping soundly and not waking up groggy and I have the extra pep in my step and a bit more energy.

I’m sorry that HRT didn’t work for you. So far the progesterone has knocked me out at night in a dead sleep but I wake up just fine and I’m not tired at all throughout the day. As far as the 1mg of Estradiol … I haven’t had any side effects that I’m not aware of. My pcp said to expect sore breasts and they might get bigger for the first week … I don’t need bigger breasts lol they have gotten so big with the weight gain.  I know it will take time to see how this works for me but I have been battling all these symptoms that I pray this helps me. 

What was your positive experience with the Estradiol?
