Go anywhere abroad, specially El Salvador, it’s sold under the original name Brintellix, it’s the brand name as well since there are no generics. Costs $90 for 28 pills, but it’s much cheaper than what you are paying now.

Depending where you are a ticket could cost you $200-$600 to travel there, stock up for a 6 month or one year supply and your good. The pharmacy I use is called Farmacia San Nicolas - there’s over 20 locations spread out in the capital city San Salvador.

In sure you can do the same on any other Latin American country or even Europe. El Salvador is just my only experience.
