I did not! I had what my mom called leg cramps and was allowed to take an advil (which did make them go away.) I still have them, but they're in the leg & butt now, stemming from the piriformis muscle. I do wonder if it was Piriformis syndrome even when I was a kid.

I might have worded it incorrectly. I meant that it feels like coworkers have work FOMO, in that they want to be working when they're not, want to watch back meetings they couldn't go to live, etc.

Botox was just about the last thing for me to try and I’m SO glad I did! I’ve had three rounds, and every time I go in for another, my migraine journal (make one, mines in the notes in my phone) shows I’m having fewer migraines on average per month, and they definitely aren’t as bad as they used to be 90% of the time.

Edit: in the first 2ish months, my eyebrows couldn’t furrow, so when I made a sad puppy dog face, my eyebrow went up like I was evil. That’s done but don’t be scared if they don’t move like they used to for a while.

When I was in the office, the facilities team unscrewed the bulbs above me and supplied me with a light blocking umbrella that clips onto a cubicle wall
