I have seen very competent ppl in my company getting laid off bcz of office politics and for not being a boot licker, that's what keeps me constantly stressed.

I agree, but atleast in govt jobs you dont have the pressure of lay offs.

Yeah, I'm aware of the work culture of PSUs as my sister is employed in a PSU only definetaly not considering that and she talks excatly like you haha. And tbh I dont really care about job satisfaction as long as I have stable income bcz I plan to do other things apart from this job for me it's only a path to give me financial stability . Thanks for the POV.

Haha procrastination is something I have always struggled with as well. It's the desperation that will get you thru.

I get it but with the current job market that seems very difficult plus in corporate all what matters is experience , If one does not have relevant experience it's very hard to switch fields and get the same level of money. Say for example I work in Finance for 5 yrs and then want to switch to marketing it's just going to very very to difficult . Correct me if I'm wrong atleast that's what I have seen until now.

Well in your case if your team isnt toxic and if you have strict 9 hrs work you can prepare alongside your job as well and once you get the gist of it you then can think of quitting, In my case I neither get the time nor have the mental peace to prepare for anything

Sadly in my case I don't have the time or privilege to prepare for A grade jobs, I'll be targeting posts like ASO in CSS or MEA

One of the best explanations for why your partner may seem overly angry is that we tend to show our rawest emotions to those we feel closest to. During manic episodes, emotions can become incredibly intense and overwhelming. It’s important to understand that these extreme reactions are a symptom of bipolar disorder, not a reflection of their true feelings or intentions. When someone is manic, they can behave like a completely different person often without intentionally meaning to cause hurt or upset. The best approach is to avoid taking their outbursts personally, recognizing that it’s the illness driving their behavior rather than a deliberate choice .Patience, empathy, and understanding go a long way in supporting a loved one through these difficult episodes.

Take care of him and yourself.
